Elizabeth Properties Illuminated with Unilamp Luminaires

This New Zealand project demonstrates how architectural lighting can enhance atmosphere, spatial experience, and functionality within contemporary commercial environments. Featuring modern interiors, natural textures, and carefully integrated illumination, the space achieves a warm and welcoming ambience while maintaining a refined architectural character.
In collaboration with Electrical Supply Corp, Unilamp Mini Tube and SIRIUS luminaires were selected for their clean design language, precise illumination, and seamless architectural integration. Together, the luminaires create a balanced lighting environment that enhances visual comfort while reinforcing the project’s contemporary identity.

Mini Tube

Mini Tube is a compact cylindrical ceiling-mounted luminaire designed to deliver refined accent lighting with precise optical control. In this project, the luminaire is integrated across the ceiling to provide subtle downward illumination that highlights seating areas, architectural textures, and circulation spaces without drawing attention to the fixture itself. Its focused beam distribution creates a warm and intimate atmosphere while maintaining a clean and minimalist ceiling appearance.
Manufactured from durable extruded LM6 aluminum and equipped with high-performance COB LED technology, Mini Tube offers reliable performance for both hospitality and commercial applications. Available in multiple color temperatures including 2700K, 3000K, and 4000K, the luminaire allows designers to create different lighting moods while maintaining visual comfort and a refined architectural aesthetic.

SIRIUS

SIRIUS is a versatile linear lighting family designed to deliver clean architectural illumination with precise light control. In this project, SIRIUS luminaires are seamlessly integrated into the ceiling architecture, creating subtle linear lighting effects that enhance wall textures and reinforce the spatial depth of the interior. The controlled illumination softly highlights vertical surfaces while contributing to the warm and sophisticated atmosphere of the space.
With a refined screw-less appearance and multiple beam distribution options including narrow beam, wide beam, and asymmetric wall washing, SIRIUS offers flexibility for various architectural applications. Its minimalist design and adaptable mounting configurations make it ideal for hospitality, commercial, and contemporary interior environments where seamless integration and visual comfort are essential.

As part of the Elizabeth Properties Ltd project in New Zealand, Electrical Supply Corp delivered a complete lighting design and supply package featuring Unilamp luminaires. Created alongside Ignite’s architectural vision and constructed by Hawkins, the project required lighting solutions that could support the contemporary architectural concept while delivering visual comfort, functionality, and reliable performance across interior and transitional outdoor spaces.
