Reliable Outdoor and Underwater Lighting for Awadh Projects

Project Overview

Awadh Group is one of the leading real estate developers based out of Surat, developing premium and high-end residential villas and condominiums across Surat, Vapi, Navsari, Ahmedabad, Bardoli, and Amreli.
Unilamp has been fortunate to be part of their exclusive projects since 2017 onwards. The first successful Unilamp installation took place at Awadh Utopia Club House in Surat, followed by Awadh Copper Stone and Awadh Carolina.

These developments represent Awadh’s commitment to quality and design excellence, integrating world-class architecture with lighting solutions that enhance ambience and elevate residential experiences.

The Challenge

In 2022, Unilamp products were selected and installed for Awadh Heliconia Green Project in Vapi, Gujarat, and Awadh Ayushka Project in Navsari, near Vapi.
Both Vapi and Navsari are industrial towns of Gujarat located near the sea and in close proximity to Mumbai. The clientele in these properties are high-end business owners and world-travelled individuals with a refined taste for quality.

To cater and please these high-end clients, Awadh chose world-class products throughout the properties, with outdoor lighting exclusively from Unilamp. Most Unilamp fixtures were installed in front-of-house and clubhouse areas, providing an ambience similar to seven-star hospitality and becoming the clients’ favorite choice.

Key challenges included:

1. As both Vapi and Navsari are close to the sea, robust products from Unilamp were selected to withstand coastal conditions.

2. All underwater light fixtures were ordered with extra cable length to avoid underwater joints and prevent any chance of water ingress.

3. Bollard lights were customized to match ramp light designs as per the site challenges.

4. Complete site support was provided to local contractors by the Unilamp team and partners to assist with proper installation, ensuring that the fixture lifespan would not be compromised.

The Solution

Unilamp, together with Light@Work, worked closely with Awadh’s design and engineering teams to provide the correct lighting solution for each application area.
All outdoor, façade, and underwater fixtures were selected to meet both design and performance expectations, combining aesthetic quality with long-term durability in demanding environments such as Vapi and Navsari.

The Results

Unilamp lighting installations across Awadh’s developments have successfully enhanced the overall ambience and created an elegant atmosphere throughout the residential areas and clubhouses.
The robust, corrosion-resistant products continue to perform reliably in coastal environments, offering both beauty and endurance that reflect Awadh’s premium residential standards.
