
Unilamp Is Hiring: Senior Sales – Government Projects (Thailand)
Unilamp is seeking an experienced Senior Sales – Government Projects professional to lead and expand our government project business in Thailand. This role is ideal for a senior-level candidate with strong expertise in public sector sales, capable of building systems, establishing processes, and driving large-scale government projects from the ground up.
Position Overview
The Senior Sales – Government Projects will be responsible for developing and managing Unilamp’s government sector business in Thailand. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, leading project sales, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful execution of public-sector lighting and infrastructure projects.
The position is based in Thailand and will support nationwide government and state enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for government and public-sector projects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government agencies and state enterprises
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, consultants, and designers
- Lead the full sales cycle from project identification, bidding, and negotiation to project closure
- Establish and optimize internal systems and processes for managing government projects
- Manage government procurement procedures, including TOR, BOQ, e-GP system, and bidding processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and timelines are met
- Expand Unilamp’s presence in infrastructure and public lighting sectors
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines in the government sector
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government project sales, state enterprise projects, or large-scale project sales
- Proven track record in establishing or expanding government project business
- Strong network with government agencies, consultants, or design firms
- In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes (TOR, BOQ, e-GP, bidding procedures)
- Experience in outdoor lighting, street lighting, LED, or related product segments is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead strategic initiatives
