
Recently, Unilamp hosted a Lunch & Learn session with the design team at Light.Func in the UAE. The event brought together lighting professionals to exchange ideas, discuss project challenges, and explore innovative approaches to architectural lighting design.
During the session, the Unilamp team introduced a selection of architectural lighting products, including ALESSLA, ALPHA, ATOM, KUBIK, LuxBeat, and TELESCOPE. The presentation focused on product applications, lighting performance, design flexibility, and how Unilamp solutions can support different types of architectural and commercial projects.
The discussion also covered common design considerations such as visual comfort, glare control, product integration, and achieving the right lighting effect for each space. This allowed the Light.Func team to explore how different Unilamp product ranges can be applied to real project requirements while maintaining both functionality and design intent.
The session encouraged valuable discussions with members of the Light.Func team, including Manal Mansour Aidha (Lighting Designer), Gayle Coutinho (Lighting Designer), Suresh Katta (Lighting Designer), Ayla Aledavood (Lighting Designer), Htay Myint Aung (BIM/CAD Engineer), and Binesh Chandra (Technical & BIM Lead).
The exchange of perspectives from both design and technical professionals created an engaging environment for exploring project requirements, BIM integration, lighting specifications, and practical design solutions.
