Unilamp complete coating process consists of 16 stages.

Nano Ceramic surface conversion process optimizes the corrosion resistant property and increases powder coat adhesion. The chemical concentration in the process is checked daily to ensure that the parameter of every step is fully maintained.

Primary epoxy-resin based coating increases corrosion resistant property on the surface when exposed to severe climatic conditions. The primer is formulated to be used on casting metal substrates such as aluminium alloys. UV-stabilized Polyester powder coat from Jotun gives a long-lasting colour rendering and combines protective properties with good weather resistance. High purity De-Ionized water is used in the process.
