A = Gasket Protection : 

Post-cured treated Silicone rubber gasket. Post-cured process minimizes the out-gassing behavior. Wide range of service temperature (-40° to +200°C)

B = External Screws :

All external screws are made from stainless steel. We partnered with Bossard fasteners from Switzerland. To increase the resistance to corrosion a special dipping process is applied.

C = Optical Covers : 

We utilize Pure-White optical tempered glass for increased light transmission. 

It withstands extreme temperature both from within and external sources of heat. 

All Unilamp glass covers are tested for impact resistant property (IK test).

D = Optical Reflectors :

Unilamp have partnered with renowned manufacturers such as Alanod and Ledil to offer our clients the highest possible optical results. We specifically use U.S. Optics design specialist Photopia to design our reflectors for maximum light output and comfort.

E = LED Drivers :

All LED drivers are carefully selected to match the requirement of LED specification. 

Temperature testing is carefully carried out and is compliant with recommendations from manufacturers.

F = LED :

Utilizing the latest technology from renowned manufacturers including Citizen, Philips, Cree, etc. Available in 3000K and 4000K with CRI>80 and 3-step MacAdam Ellipse.  Lumen output ranges from Halogen replacement to HID equivalent. 

G = Heat Sink :

Integrated CFC-AL heat sink gives the best result in heat conductivity. The whole range of LED luminaires are designed and tested under ambient thermal condition Ta 25°C / Ta 40°C / Ta 50°C.

H = Body Housing :

We utilize highest quality Aluminium Ingot. Enhanced LM6 Alloy, historically the most robust Alloy on the market and only used in the specific industry. Contains low copper level (<0.1%) and low hazardous heavy metal substance. 16 stages pre-treatment and coating processes including Nano Ceramic film with double layer powder coat.
